Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all projects and services provided by Dropnesty:

Copyright
You will own the copyright to all content created and delivered by Dropnesty according to the agreed terms. Dropnesty retains no copyright to the content, and you are free to use, publish, or modify it as you see fit.

Payment
Full payment in advance (100%) is required for all services offered by Dropnesty. Clients are responsible for any transaction fees or applicable taxes.

Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions on delivered work, provided requests are made within 14 days of delivery. Revisions will be completed based on the order urgency, with a standard turnaround time of 24 hours. Unlimited revisions continue until the customer provides full approval.

Revision requests can only be made after the product has been submitted for review and the status updated to “Waiting for Customer Approval.” Customers should send revision requests directly to their assigned Project Manager via email to ensure all original requirements are met.

Clients retain full control of the final product, as all content is delivered in editable formats (e.g., Word documents), allowing further personal adjustments before publishing.

Change of Mind
Dropnesty values each client’s satisfaction but does not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage careful consideration before project commencement.

Project Requirements
All project requirements will be confirmed before starting the work. Any disputes regarding service levels will be resolved based on initial agreements, these Terms & Conditions, and standard business practices.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available under specific, exceptional conditions. Dropnesty’s refund policy includes:

• Refunds are not unconditional and subject to terms.
• No refunds for custom or special packages.
• Refunds voided if revisions exceed initial concepts.
• Refunds voided if the client is unresponsive for over two weeks without notice.
• Refunds voided if the project is placed on hold at the client’s request.
• Violations of company policies void the refund.
• Refunds not applicable if required information was not provided by the client.
• No refunds for business closure, name changes, or disagreements unrelated to the service.
• Once multiple rounds of revisions are accepted, refunds will not be granted.

Use of Website
Dropnesty and its affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from errors or inaccuracies on the website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dropnesty, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses related to your use of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

This agreement does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture between you and Dropnesty.
