Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests are eligible only within 30 days from the original purchase date. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
- Technical Issues: Refunds will only be provided if Dropnesty is unable to resolve a technical issue originating from our side within 15 days after you report it to our support team.
- Third-Party Account Suspensions: Refunds are not available if your account is suspended or restricted by any third-party platform such as Shopify, TikTok, Facebook, or similar platforms.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons or change of mind. For example, if you decide not to proceed due to personal circumstances (family decisions, business changes, etc.), no refund will be granted.
- Promotional Purchases: No refunds will be issued for purchases made during promotional periods due to change of mind or personal reasons.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@dropnesty.com with:
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Your order information (invoice number, purchase date, etc.).
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Alternate Solutions
If your refund request does not meet our policy criteria, we may offer alternative solutions or service adjustments to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Dropnesty takes fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Any wrongful or fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in legal action to protect our business interests.
